dkNET-AI · Apache Texera Agent Hackathon
The dkNET-AI · Apache Texera Agent Hackathon brought together researchers, students, and data enthusiasts at UC Irvine from May 14–18, 2026 for an intensive four-day sprint focused on human-AI collaborative data science.
Hosted by the NIH dkNET project and the Apache Texera team, the event challenged participants to build intuitive, visual workflows in which advanced AI agents co-author data pipelines alongside humans.
